Andrew Clark

Director of Personal Injury

Andrew joined Fletchers in 1987 and as our Director of Personal Injury is committed and dedicated to supporting those who have suffered serious and catastrophic injuries. Having worked exclusively as a personal injury lawyer for the last 25 years, Andrew has come across many differing situations and his experience allows him to lead our team to providing the best service for our customers.

Julia Eyton

Head of Catastrophic Personal Injury

As well as supervising a serious injury team, Julia handles some of the most serious and complex personal injury cases, not just in the firm, but in the UK, being one of only literally a handful of people in the country with the experience and expertise to be able to deal with such accidents. Julia is also a Legal 500 recommended lawyer, noted for being ‘tactically very astute’.

Jennifer Nolan

Head of Multi-Track Personal Injury

Jennifer is a solicitor and Head of Multi-Track PI in our serious injury team. As well as supervising her team she handles her own caseload of catastrophic injury cases, which is mainly made up of traumatic brain injury and serious orthopaedic cases. She is dedicated to her customers throughout the entirety of their claim’s process and recognises the need for support in both compensation and rehabilitation throughout the claim process.

Gerard Horton


Ged is a serious injury solicitor, who has dedicated his career to fighting for victims of catastrophic injury, and recognises the difficulties and challenges faced from the outset. Alongside working as a solicitor, he volunteers for the spinal injury charity Back-Up, and actively engages with fundraising for the brain injury charity Headway.

Tom Ponsonby

Senior Litigation Executive

Tom joined Fletchers in 2000 and is a member of APIL (Association of Personal Injury Lawyers). He dedicates himself to dealing with large value personal injury cases and specialises in fatal accident cases. Tom has dedicated his career to supporting people who have suffered life changing injuries including traumatic brain injuries and the bereaved.The legal process can be complex and at times dehumanising; because of this, Tom always tries to make sure his customers are represented as people.

Sarah Charnley

Court of Protection Solicitor

Sarah is a senior solicitor at Fletchers who heads up our Court of Protection department. Her works with customers to ensure their needs are handled efficiently and suitably. Alongside her role as a solicitor, Sarah is the Chairperson of Headway Preston and Chorley, a member of the ‘Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners’, and ‘Solicitors for the Elderly’.

Caroline Morris

Chartered Legal Executive

Caroline is a Chartered Legal Executive and Senior Lawyer at Fletchers, with over 20 years’ experience working in the personal injury sector. As part of the team, she acts for customers who have suffered life changing injuries, including handling catastrophic and fatal injury cases for both adults and children. Caroline considers customer care to be of the utmost importance and is passionate about securing the best possible settlement to ensure her customer achieve the best life after injury.

Ashley Nolan

Litigation Executive

With several years’, experience in handling personal injury claims for those who have been seriously injured, Ashley always does his utmost to help and support his customers. He will always go the extra mile to help support those injured in rebuilding their lives, following a life changing injury in both the short-term and long-term.

Claire Barnes

Chartered Legal Executive

Claire began her career in personal injury claims whilst studying her CILEX course. She very quickly became interested in dealing with both motorcycle accidents and complex injuries. Now an experienced serious injury chartered legal executive, Claire ensures that the maximum is always achieved for her customers.

Louise Riley


Louise is an expert in high level, complex litigation. She strives tirelessly to get the best results for all of her customers and ensure that they have the funds to enable rehabilitation to take place. Fletchers ethos is “in this together” and Louise very much embodies this, she always goes the extra mile and works hard to earn a customer’s trust.

Neil Downey


Neil’s role is to represent and support individuals and families who have been the victims of serious injury, utilising his experience in the areas of serious orthopaedic injury, traumatic brain injury and fatal accident claims to achieve the best outcome. He is committed to providing the best possible assistance, advice and support to injured individuals and their families.

Kirsty Thomas


Kirsty thrives to make life easier for those who have suffered life-changing injuries, offering guidance and support throughout the claim. She has also committed herself to various charity projects; including volunteering as a Buddy on a ‘Back Up’ multi-activity week, arranging a charity ball raising over £11,000 for the Southport Spinal Centre and volunteering for the brain injury charity ‘Headway’.

Nicola Ryan-Donnelly


Having worked at Fletchers since 2011, Nicola has continually progressed and gained experience working with those who have suffered serious and life changing injuries. She is currently a trainee solicitor within the serious injury team and is passionate about achieving the best results for the customers she works with.

Gavin Marsh

Serious Injury Fee Earner

Gavin has over 20 years of experience in the legal sector, which provides him with the knowledge and skill to provide the right support to his customers. He guides his customer’s throughout the entire claims process, arranging rehabilitation to assist their recovery and always ensuring they receive an appropriate award of compensation commensurate to allow them to rebuild their lives.

Aimee Moorcroft


Aimee is a solicitor within our serious injury team and has been a part of Fletchers since 2011. She is passionate about fighting for customers who have suffered life-changing injuries, always working with great determination to achieve the best possible outcome. In addition to her work with serious injury customers, Aimee has been actively involved in organising fundraising events for a local spinal injuries charity.

Katelyn Williams


Katelyn’s role entails actively assisting on the progression of seriously injured customers’ claims for maximum compensation on a daily basis. She endeavours to keep customers up to date with the development of their case, be available for any questions and to provide support throughout the whole process.

Paul Allonby

Since joining Fletchers in 2012, Paul has consistently ensured that customer care is at the heart of everything that he does. He strives to not only get the best possible compensation for all of his customers but also to obtain the best rehabilitation, this enabled his customers to rebuild, and move on with, their lives.

Joanne Milford

Solicitor and Team Supervisor

Alongside being a solicitor within our Road Traffic Accident department, Joanne also supervises a team of 12, dealing with road traffic accident cases from the point of issuing court proceedings all the way through to trial/settlement. She joined Fletchers in 2013 and has over 7 years of experience within the legal sector.

Starting at Fletchers in 1997, Lena has progressed through the company and is now a supervisor within our road traffic accident team. She is responsible for managing a team of lawyers to ensure cases are continually progressing and the team is running efficiently.
