Georgia is one of our Directors of Medical Negligence at Fletchers. She has an impressive wealth of knowledge and experience when it comes to dealing with Medical Negligence cases.
Georgia prides herself on the development of her team and aims to ensure that everyone in the department shares the same passion, tenacity and drive to get the best possible result for the injured patient.
Georgia is in charge of the day to day operational running of our largest medical negligence department, working hard to ensure a self-sustainable future for the team. Georgia is heavily involved in developing Fletchers’ nationwide reputation as medical negligence experts, alongside ensuring that all of our cases are dealt with the utmost efficiency and professionalism.
Bilal is an experienced Medical Negligence Solicitor with a demonstrated history of working in the medical and health care industry. He qualified as a lawyer through the well respected University of Law in Manchester.
He leads a team in the medical negligence department based in Manchester, dealing with a wide range of case types and injuries ranging from claims against pharmacies through to misdiagnosis claims and claims against GPs.
Emma is a team leader and a senior solicitor at Fletchers; she leads a team of junior and senior lawyers. As the senior solicitor within her team, Emma is accountable for the progression of cases to the point of settlement or issue. She completes formal assessments of each case and strategically plans the progression of the case, ensuring all cases within her team run smoothly and our customers receive the justice they deserve.
Fiona joined Fletchers in late 2015 and has over 15 years of experience in the legal sector acting for customers in relation to personal injury and medical negligence claims. She is a solicitor within the medical negligence team and before joining Fletchers, she had been a Partner and Director at her previous firms.
Led by Patricia Hitchen our team successfully deals with all aspects of medical negligence claims whilst ensuring that our clients receive an excellent service. We also have a specific interest in misdiagnosis of cancer, Orthopaedic and Obstetrics and Gynae cases. We strive to provide excellent client care to ensure the process is conducted fairly, sensitively and with the best resolution for the client.
Kathryn is one of our senior solicitors and has over 11 years’ experience in the field, with both defendant and claimant claims. She manages a team of junior and senior paralegals, ensuring cases are running smoothly throughout her team.
Saima has over 12 years of experience as a solicitor and leads a team of junior and senior lawyers at Fletchers. Saima and her team have experience dealing with a wide variety of medical negligence claim types and as the senior solicitor and team leader, Saima is responsible for the progression of cases to the point of settlement or issue.
Sally joined Fletchers in September 2016 and is a senior solicitor within the medical negligence department. She leads one of our medical negligence pods to ensure they provide excellent customer service and achieve the best results for our customers. She has 20 years’ experience in personal injury and medical negligence litigation.
With over 20 years of personal injury litigation, Sowmya has a wealth of knowledge, which she applies to her role as a senior solicitor. She assesses medical negligence claims and creates a plan of action to ensure the case is handled efficiently.
Sion is a team leader and senior solicitor with many years’ experience in dealing with a wide range of medical specialisms and different types of injuries. He is an experienced medical negligence solicitor and manages a team of lawyers within our department.
Led by Trish Dunn, this team has had success in a range of medical disciplines and prides itself on its ability to be friendly and sympathetic to the client’s needs and getting to the key issues and concluding claims at the earliest opportunity.
