Head of Serious Personal Injury
Jennifer is a solicitor and Head of Multi-Track PI in our serious injury team. As well as supervising her team she handles her own caseload of catastrophic injury cases, which is mainly made up of traumatic brain injury and serious orthopaedic cases. She is dedicated to her customers throughout the entirety of their claim’s process and recognises the need for support in both compensation and rehabilitation throughout the claim process.
Michelle joined Fletchers in 1992 and has worked exclusively in personal injury law since. As a Team Leader in our Serious Injury Team, she strives to obtain the very best results for our seriously injured clients and to ensure that they are given valuable support and advice through such a difficult time in their lives.
Kirsty thrives to make life easier for those who have suffered life-changing injuries, offering guidance and support throughout the claim. She has also committed herself to various charity projects; including volunteering as a Buddy on a ‘Back Up’ multi-activity week, arranging a charity ball raising over £11,000 for the Southport Spinal Centre and volunteering for the brain injury charity ‘Headway’.
As well as supervising a serious injury team, Julia handles some of the most serious and complex personal injury cases, not just in the firm, but in the UK, being one of only literally a handful of people in the country with the experience and expertise to be able to deal with such accidents. Julia is also a Legal 500 recommended lawyer, noted for being ‘tactically very astute’.
