In his time at Fletchers, Adrian has seen the Fletchers Serious Injury team grow significantly. Not only has it won many major cases under his tenure but also some major awards too, one example being Outstanding Case of the Year at the Personal Injury Awards.
In spring 2017, Adrian was appointed our Chief Legal Officer and now oversees all of our serious injury teams, ensuring our clients are always at the heart of everything we do.
Adrian has recently been named one of the Top 10 Leading Individuals in the North West for Personal Injury by the Legal 500 for the second year running and is also recognised by them for his considerable experience in handling cases involving spinal cord injuries. He was described as being ‘a real leading light in high value personal injury litigation.’
Andrew Clark has not only worked in the serious personal injury & motorcycle accident claims industry for over 30 years, he was one of the ‘original nine’ employees when Rob Fletcher founded Fletchers in 1987 !
A highly experienced solicitor with many notable high value settlements to his name, no one on the country has dealt with more motorcycle accident cases than Andrew. Andrew now oversees the Serious Personal Injury team, with all the Serious Injury Team Leaders reporting into him.
Georgia is one of our Directors of Medical Negligence at Fletchers. She has an impressive wealth of knowledge and experience when it comes to dealing with Medical Negligence cases.
Georgia prides herself on the development of her team and aims to ensure that everyone in the department shares the same passion, tenacity and drive to get the best possible result for the injured patient.
Georgia is in charge of the day to day operational running of our largest medical negligence department, working hard to ensure a self-sustainable future for the team. Georgia is heavily involved in developing Fletchers’ nationwide reputation as medical negligence experts, alongside ensuring that all of our cases are dealt with the utmost efficiency and professionalism.
Peter is dedicated to supporting victims of catastrophic medical negligence injuries and endeavours to provide a clear and coherent approach to claims. He recognises the effects serious injuries can have and therefore ensures his customers’s need for support is met. Peter also has a vast amount of experience working with customers who have been injured abroad and is able to act under international law to provide the best outcomes.
