JOB ROLE:

Fixed Recoverable Costs (FRC) Team Member

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare schedules of Fixed Recoverable Costs (“FRC”)
  • Locate disbursements vouchers in support of the costs claimed
  • Forward schedules to the paying party
  • Keep a record of all schedules sent
  • Chase a response to the schedules sent
  • Deal with preliminary issues raised about costs sent (training will be provided)
  • Monitor costs recovery and report to team supervisor/manager
  • Forward cases requiring further action to supervisor for review
  • Draft FRC ‘short’ bills of costs (training will be provided)

SKILLS:

  • General Computer Skills – Word, Proclaim and Excel
  • Organisation to keep accurate records
  • Ability to work as part of a team and also on own initiative
