At Fletchers, we currently have seven apprentices, including three trailblazer apprentices; they work in various different teams within the company, gaining a range of skills and knowledge. Apprenticeships are more than just a way of gaining qualification; they provide an insight into the working world and can help you make decisions on your career aims and goals.
In addition to our current apprentices, we also have various team members who have completed their apprenticeship at Fletchers and been successful in gaining full time employment with us. Our apprentices are given the opportunity to continue to progress once they’ve completed their apprenticeships, and keep on developing their skills.
Our ethos is 'in this together' and we believe our team members should be rewarded for their hard work throughout the year. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a discretionary annual company bonus for all of our team members.

We believe you should never stop learning new things and we want to ensure you have the knowledge to do your job, therefore we work with a local college to offer free NVQ's to our team members.
