Headway
We’ve been supporting Headway for a number of years now and are represented in their directory of recommended solicitors. The relationship has been strengthened with the appointment of our own Sarah Charnley to the Headway Preston and Chorley Group team. By working with Headway – both nationally and regionally – we’re able to provide specialist advice and support to all of our customers in the unfortunate position of dealing with acute brain injury.
Spinal Injuries Association
The Spinal Injuries Association – or SIA – is one of the country’s top spinal injury charities. We have been working alongside them for over a decade now and have been officially recognised by them as specialists in spinal injury compensation claims because of our vast array of spinal cord injury claims.
Child Brain Injury Trust
The Child Brain Injury Trust is an organisation that gives support to children, young people and their families who have been affected by brain injury. Our relationship with the trust varies from fundraising and sponsorship to legal advice and financial support. We are proud to be named in their 2014 legal directory as an approved expert in child brain injury claims.

MASS
The Motor Accident Solicitors Society is a non-profit organisation that represents the victims of road traffic accidents. MASS has been protecting the rights of accident victims for over 15 years and it has been our pleasure to have worked with them since their inception.
Lexcel
LEXCEL is the Law Society’s practice management stamp of excellence and is only awarded to those solicitors who meet the highest standards of management and customer care. We’re thrilled to have retained this accreditation for over 10 years now by successfully passing an annual independent review and rigorous assessment.
Investors in People
Investors in People was launched in 1991 with Fletchers receiving accreditation from the body in 1995. We are especially proud of being singled out for this accolade, receiving a gold award from Investors in People in 2012.
Chambers
First published in 1990, Chambers is the world’s leading guide to the legal profession and is based on in-depth research to identify the best performing companies based on criteria valued by clients. Our director Ed Fletcher first entered into the rankings in 2011 and was noted to be “an approachable lawyer with a comprehensive understanding of complex spinal cord injury cases”.
Glassdoor
Glassdoor holds a growing database of 6 million company reviews, CEO approval ratings, salary reports, interview reviews and questions, benefits reviews, office photos and more. Add to that millions of the latest jobs — no other community allows you to see which employers are hiring, what it’s really like to work or interview there, and how much you could earn.
Best Companies
Best Companies have been producing and publishing the ‘Best Companies to Work For’ lists since 2001 to measure and acknowledge excellence in workplace engagement. Each year hundreds of organisations from a wide range of industries use our employee survey to measure the engagement of their employees. The responses from these surveys are collated and combined to produce an overall engagement score for each organisation. Only the organisations with the highest level of overall employee engagement qualify for the 100 Best Small Companies to Work For list in 2015.
